Third grade learned about online identity and how to consider what we share about ourselves online. Students drew pretend selfies that included positive elements of their identities they felt would be appropriate to share publicly.
Fourth grade learned about keeping online games fun and friendly. They designed original video game covers which included rules about how to keep their invented games positive.
Fifth grade examined gender stereotypes and how they can often be found online. They then designed their own imagined avatars and wrote a reflection on how they used their design to follow or challenge gender stereotypes.
